While some of the crew came back from Austin rejuvenated, full of vim and vigor and ready to write.  Others returned needing  a vacation to recuperate from vacation.  I fell sorely in the latter category and have been using SXSW as my crutch for everything from crummy NCAA picks to waking up late for work.  Nonetheless, we buckled down and knocked out a pretty good week if I don’t say so myself. With the holidaze and such, the week went by @ a semi-confusing pace. For me, Thursday through Saturday all felt like lazy Saturdays. Nevertheless, we the wheels of the internuts kept on turning and we kept churning out A-1 material.

– Of course we ended the year with a bang, courtesy of Word leaving the basement for The Cooler Retrospective and a massive eruption of Shots to ring in the year.

– Jay dropped another vid to fuel the internet conspiracy theorists.

– Tins talked Common, formerly known as Sense.

– Vivica talked (and cried) Curtis.

– Lupe & YN talked @ each other.

– Joe “Tall Can,” Gibbs, Naledge & Fabby Davis talked “Trunk Rattle.”

– Ray Allen talked masturbation on Twitter.

– Teddy Riley talked with his Rock Band guitar upside the head of his daughter.

– eskay talked Nokia’s.

– Ron Artest & Reks talked about drinking “Henny At Halftime“…in the form of song.

– And, Skillz talked 2009 with his annual “Wrap Up.”

The holidays are upon us once again & with them multiple distractions and engagements to pull us away from our computers.  Regardless, we still kept things up and running  around here as a brief respite when your uncle Joe told his story of when he almost got in a fight with Martin Luther King Jr for the umpteenth time.
