He can’t sing. All of his songs sound alike. He’s overrated. Miss me with all of that. The Dream is one of the most talented people in music and 2010 could prove to be a monster year for Papa Nash. For the past few weeks or so, his collaboration with Clifford was so infectious I had to delete the song off my hard drive in fear of overplaying the record before it had a chance to breathe. At the same time, the remix to his suspected first single “Love King” featuring Young Jeezy has been on repeat.
Then, this happened.
Making sure to not use his long distance minutes, Terius calls up fellow ATLien, Ludacris, for the official remix. Even better than the original, the new version is basically an entirely different song with a new hook, beat and verses. And just when it seems as if Mr. Bridges hit the proverbial glass ceiling when it came to features, he deads those qualms in a matter of five minutes and 32 seconds.
The Dream’s third studio album, Love King, is slated to hit shelves in June – along with everyone else in the industry.

You can have your promises of Hip-Hop albums that probably won’t come out this year. I’m going to go ahead and anxiously wait for The-Dream’s new project. Love vs. Money was a certified banger and Love King is shaping up to be the same.
The recently liberated T.I. had a lot of time to fantasize about women and he puts some of those fantasies on wax. This is classic Dream and classic T.I., coming together to make a track that will be hitting a club near you very soon. It’s probably best you memorize the first two notes so you can make sure you know when to grab the nearest tenderoni for some grind time as soon as this song comes on in your local booty-shaking spot.
While it will add to the radio appeal, this song could be suffering from too much Terius. Minus him and imagining Drake shooting solo, it tips the same lane traveled by SFG’s “Houstatlantavegas,” which would be a great thing. With Mr. Nash in this said unfinished mix, we’re bordering on a R. Kelly sound that’s a tad too sweet for consumption. If I had to pick my favorite album of any genre last year it would have to be The-Dream’s Love Vs. Money. I know, I’m just as surprised as you are.
