One of the first orders of business I had to deal with when I moved to Chicago was to make sure I hit up as many clothing stores I could to get as fly as possible in the big city. Per the suggestion of many Chicagoans, the first spot I hit up was St. Alfred’s in Wicker Park.

They have a nice shoe selection with hard to find Nikes, Jordans and all. The T-shirts are always on point and their in-house clothing line is pretty dope too. While I was browsing, I struck up a conversation with one of the associates, Krabby, who put me on to their upcoming in-store event, scheduled for this past Sunday. The guest of honor on hand would be Lupe Fiasco, coming to promote his new pair of Converse he designed as part of their Product Red campaign.
