Real talk, these kicks had me singing a particular Misfits track that I cannot for the life of me understand how I remember.

Clark Kent has teamed with Nike to get into the holy spirit of American consumerism, releasing a Black Friday Air Force 1 and an accompanying Black Friday Massacre mixtape. He’s even managed to get Bun B to rock to a track for the tape with a song called “Black Friday.”

I’m still on the fence about these. There are elements & influences in the design that I like and dislike simultaneously. The suede toebox & soles inspired by the early Jordans = dopeness. But the bulked up look of the shoe reminds of the Double Team Highs that my cousin Fats used to wear in the 80′s.
