NBA 2K11 is easily one of the very best sports games to ever grace a gaming console. The realism was off the charts and the “Jordan Challenge” was a great addition. A good friend of mine who coaches eight and nine-year-olds in basketball recently told me his players relayed to him they didn’t know who Michael Jordan was. Sure, they’re bombarded of images of LeBron & Kobe to the point where they’re made to believe the NBA’s current crop of superstars invented the peach basket, but I assume some of the naive youngsters made the claims with a pair of #23′s on their feet. Maybe it’s been the amount of free time I’ve had this week, but I’ve been catching up with this television show called The News and it’s pretty interesting. I’ve learned a lot. The biggest thing I’ve learned has been that there are a lot of people out in the world that suck. Not in the sexy way either.
