Ledisi is one of those names that should be ringing more bells with listeners, even we’ve been remiss in marking praise for her vocal abilities. Off the album Turn Me Loose, the video for “Goin Thru Changes” is very much typical of Ledisi’s music — few tricks or gimmicks, leaning more on her singing to invoke the mood’s moment.
