In the latest attempt of cracking Jay-Z’s multi-million dollar safe, AllHipHop.com reports that Ahab Joseph Nafal is suing him and super-producer Timbaland for the usage of Baligh Hamdi’s “Khosara, Khosara,” in their smash hit “Big Pimpin’,” along with Roc-A-Fella Records, Def Jam Records, Warner Music Group and Linkin Park (for remixing the track off their Grammy Award-winning album, Collision Course).
