A few days ago, the city of Atlanta was excited about its beloved Hawks ending the Miami Heat’s undefeated season. And by “the city of Atlanta” I mean “the 33 people in town that care about the Hawks and by “excited” I mean “remembered that the Hawks exist.” But all of those overwhelming lukewarm feelings were just a set up for more disappointment as the Hawks lost Thursday night’s triple overtime game to those very same Miami Heat by a final score of 116-109.
