I took a trip to New Orleans this weekend because I’ve considered moving back to the NOLA. During this trip, I checked out a few apartments. One such apartment was particularly nice and was in a very family-friendly neighborhood. An aspect of this neighborhood I enjoyed was the fact that it is so close to a rather large Walmart. Worlds crash and collide as SNL’s latest greatest spawn, The Lonely Island, bring Michael Bolton, he of cheesy, ’80s ballad fame, back from netherworld and to the club. What may have seemed a brilliant idea quickly turns into a clusterf*ck with Bolton’s endless references to Pirates Of The Caribbean and other films being almost as confusing as Bolton’s inclusion in the song in the first place.
