First of all, scoot over Maino, I’ll be going by MZ The Great for the rest of the day. While stopping by The Howard Stern Show yesterday to promote his new video game, he revealed that Before I Self Destruct will be coming out this summer. By deferring to Eminem for studio time with Dr. Dre, he confirmed what I (we) already knew would transpire. No matter, because all he needs is a microphone and a willing audience to entertain. I had really hoped that in light of what he was able to accomplish with T.O.S. from a musical standpoint, that 50 would focus more on his next album. However, it looks like 50 may have bit off more than he can chew once again. Not only is he going to drop his album in December, he plans to put out a movie of the same name at the same time. Since he’s gone Hollywood in the last year or so, the only progression for him would be to naturally – produce and direct the movie. Read the rest of this entry »
