The Asics Gel-Lyte III “Salmon Toe” was the subject of a Twitter giveaway in March 2010 and was boasted as being a one of one sample, which left collectors of Ronnie Fieg’s releases out in the cold. Ronnie created a nice buzz on Friday when he released another teaser shot of his upcoming “Leatherback” Asics Gel-Lyte III. The more I see of these, the more I like them and we’re getting a more detailed look with each shot. Shoes aside, there’s always a very pretty honeybun of a model included with early photos too, doubling the pleasure.

No set release info yet but here’s to wishing upon a star they drop in the coming weeks. I have HBCU classics and events to attend and I prefer to do it the fly way.
