And the hits keep coming from the design team behind Jordan Brand. Taking a look into the rest of 2014 and beyond, the company has released photos of the upcoming Jordan Future. Fitted with a Jordan 11 midsole and sole with an assymetrical lacing system that closely resembles the Nike Footscape, we’re treated to a brand new shoe with that retro familiarity. And without the Frankstein resemblance we sometimes get with hybrids.
Although not technically labeled a hybrid, the Jordan future could pass as such. And a very well done one at that. A fully woven upper and suede sockliner point towards the higher end of quality with the added bonus of no fugly creasing over increased wears. Don’t forget the glorious reflective 3M threading throughout the upper coupled with leather laces and gold toned lace tips. Guaranteed to steal the show and light up any pictures that use camera flash.
Sporting a light weight, bright colors, and premium components, the Jordan Future is going to bring in spring with a bang. And make for a hot summer. Thus far a black and glow in the dark colorway was teased, as well as a similarly patterned Infrared mockup. Get those wallets ready folks.
The Jordan Future releases March 1st.
