Behind-the-scenes and making-of footage will have me clearing my evenings every single time. And on an especially insightful, nostalgic clip, Kanye West’s cousin and soul singer, Tony Williams (who’s done background vocals on every Yeezy album to date), takes us back into the creation of 2007′s Graduation.

Everyone will rant and rave about Kanye playing “Big Brother” over the OG beat and Hov’s subsequent reaction, but what really made this clip a home run in my eyes was the look into Ye’s older stuff (circa 2007). You can see Tony Williams harmoniously bringing hooks together, and laying down some of his background vocals and what’s presumably reference material for Yeezy to go over. There’s also looks into the making of “Champion,” “Flashing Lights,” and “Barry Bonds.” A baby Big Sean makes a guest appearance as well.

I’ll leave you fine gentlemen with one more thought. Right now, as much as Kanye may be pushing the genre creatively, not one of his post Graduation records has resounded with me like the material from his first three albums. Just seeing this clip has me reliving those Bape filled years. Good times, my friends.

Now please pardon me while I go play “Spaceship” for the rest of the evening.
