If TC was writing this, we already know what the first sentence would be. Yo Gotti is preparing yet another release before the now mythical Live From The Kitchen is placed on the dinner table. Currently untitled, the first glimpse is the Gucci Mane and Juelz Santana featured “Colors.” And in regards to the song’s three participants:
1. Yo Gotti has always been that one “trap rapper” who has always been on the cusp of widespread notoriety. For a variety of reasons, it has yet to happen though.
2. Gucci Mane’s buzz was once out of this world, but being his own worst enemy was the reason interest in his music fell off the face of the map. He’s like Hip Hop’s Chris Herren.
3. Juelz actually had the most impressive verse here. That said, Reagan Era is New York’s version of Live From The Kitchen.

Respect: DGB

guccis a tortured soul hes either gonna end up behind bars for a long period of time or eventually he will overdose.
he cant handle the fame.
oh yeah, then what are we saying about Juelz lol?
That dude can’t buy relevance. Has he released anything recently or did I just miss it?
lol its been a while since beemer benz or bently…wait that wasnt even his track.
lmao, that was the other dud dude from that other prominent movement that lost all steam.
I used to ride and die for Juelz Santana… Dropped one the biggest song of my seventh grade year (Dipset (Santana’s Town)), was featured on some of Cam’s greatest tracks, AND his Back Like Cooked Crack mixtape series was incredible. Then you disappear.
I never understood why some rappers can’t capitalize on their buzz, especially when people like Juelz had his tracks on commercials (Second Coming was used for Nike) and was already a household name due to some of his features. Dude had it all and then dropped off the map, only to come back with lukewarm tracks (Back to the Crib).
AND his Back Like Cooked Crack mixtape series was incredible.

Man, part 2 is a classic. Too bad that shit dropped my freshman year in college (04-05).
the reason rappers cant capitalize on the buzz is because of the fame…they get side tracked by the spoils of success in the moment and then lose track of the goal.
Tha cutt. Gucci my nigga him and boosie.
Anyone who thinks Gucci is fallin off clearly hasn’t heard of Baytl, the upcoming new album by Gucci Mane and V Nasty. To say they’re about to take over the game would be an understatement.
Baytl>Watch the Throne/Carter 4/Take Care
Juelz’ baby mother is more known then him right now cause she’s getting slapped around by Jim Jones’ wife. That’s not a good thing. And I always believed that if it wasn’t for Dipset than Wayne wouldn’t have gotten over as he did, how could Wayne capitalize of this but Juelz didn’t?
