The other day coming home from work Ace Hood’s “Body To Body,” Big Sean’s “My Last” and Keri Hilson’s “One Night Stand” all appeared on the radio within a 30 minute span. (Not That) Fat (Anymore) Joe looks to be the next artist to enlist the revitalized FM dominance of Chris Brown with “Another Round.” For the majority of Joe’s career, his ability to at least land successful singles geared towards the fairer sex (with R&B features) has been his most evident mainstream contribution. The success of “Another…” has yet to be seen, yet it has all the makings of another notch under Don Cartegena’s belt.

Brown’s hook is catchy enough to have females singing along in unison and truthfully that’s the main component in whether a song of this ilk ever has a life outside of the unfriendly confines of the world wide web anyway. For Joe, all he has to do is promote the record. He’s already starting doing that, too. Cop the song on iTunes if it moves you that much.
