The new adidZero Rose 2 “Away” colorway showed up at the doorstep yesterday and these joints are winners, much like the athlete they’re crafted for. Dumb lightweight. Black cracked leather. Bits of patent strategically placed. D. Rose’s signature on the support straps. Red mesh underlay. Gold accenting. Rose’s number “1″ placed at the top of the toebox. A badass set of 3-Stripes on the heel. Built for on-court performance but all the way classy and able to be worn off the hardwood as well. Thanks adidas!

I can’t lie. They look much better in person than I expected after seeing them in pics and clips. I’d kill to see the white sole done in all black b/c that would just make them straight murder.

Its nice to see Adidas stepping up the materials and attention to detail. But theyre still lagging pretty far behind the Swoosh when it comes to aesthetics.
