The Jason Petrie-designed kicks keep all of the previously discussed tech specs of other LBJ 9′s but stand alone through the use of contrasting shades of green matched with an eye-popping orange, drawing from Miami’s 2010-11 preseason camp at the military base in Fort Walton Beach, Fla.

“The Cannon” colorway will release at midnight after tonight’s on court matchup dubbed the “South Florida All-Star Classic” – a gathering of NBA stars including LeBron, Heat teammates Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh plus other hoop stars like Kevin Durant, Chris Paul, Carmelo Anthony, Rondo and Amare – at Miami’s HOH and select local retailers as a special thanks from King James to his South Florida supporters.
