Nostalgia plays a large part in sneaker obsession. While new models feed the flame the ones that sparked your love definitely fuel it. The adidas Streetball released in the early to mid ’90s to a fairly well reception. The model didn’t stick around that long and while it did re-release a short while ago you’d be hard pressed to find a recent release aside from Jeremy Scott’s design. The pair you see pictured won’t be hitting shelves anytime soon and it’s a shame because if i recall correctly this was one of the most comfortable pair of sneakers my teenage feet have ever known.
Donwill may be better known as a member of Tanya Morgan and solo artist but he also harbors a pretty healthy addiction to sneakers. When he’s not creating soulful Hip-Hop songs he can be found writing about soles full of visible Air over at Kicks On Fire.

these might could be the most ugliest shits i ahve seen since the Kobe adidas elephant turds
jesus.
nah yo lol. these were hoooarrrdd when they came out lol. they were just on some other shit. i remember a lot of bball shoes from the same time being fucking tanks
@Real Talk, idk man, these shits are dope to me. I’d def rock them!
I had those shits back in the day.
The Black/Grey joints were illy.
Adidas had a good run in the 90′s.
I don’t know what the fuck happened?
dare i say they’re regaining their form, specifically their retros plus a few runners and bball shoes. Now Dwight Howards joints? Turrible lol. They look like fucking big man’s shoes.
donny’s been wylin’ with the last couple posts, yo. That mid-90s nostalgia got us all tho. Kicks back then was wild colorful, heavy as shit, extra technical looking, but kinda fun to look at and hella comfy. Just… These… Iono, man. iCan’t.
I used to rock those joints. They were mad comfortable.
If they re-release these, they will be the first pair of Adidas I will have bought in about 9 years. Real talk.
I still will rock some rod lathers or some shell toes if I’m mowing the lawn
i dont wear adidas much but those are pretty sick IMO
