$2,500.
According to AHH, the small amount above is what Dexter Isaac, an associate of Jimmy Henchmen, claims he was paid to shoot Tupac at Quad City in 1994. While he’s currently serving a life sentence in prison, Isaac’s decided to share the news about the “the mistake I did for that sucker [Jimmy Henchman]” now since he says the statute of limitations have expired on the crime. The inmate said “I am trying to clean it up to give [Tupac and Biggie's] mothers some closure.”
Of course, Isaac’s confession comes at a strange time while Henchmen is still on the run from authorities for those pesky coke distribution charges and one day prior to what would be ‘Pac’s 40th birthday tomorrow. But if he is telling the truth, it’s fair to say Isaac was one of the catalysts in initiating one of rap’s darkest, most violent periods.
Isacc’s full statement can be read below. To enlarge, click here or on the statment itself.
Jimmy Henchman Associate Admits to Shooting Tupac; Apologizes To Pac & B.I.G.’s Mothers [AHH]

aint no statue of limitations on the streets or in jail…these guys are food.
It sounds like people aren’t understanding. The dude is claiming to have shot Tupac in ’94. He’s not claiming to have murdered him in ’96.
At least he has a conscience.
And please enlighten me on why Jimmy Henchman is in this, please.
But if he is telling the truth, it’s fair to say Isaac was one of the catalysts in initiating one of rap’s darkest, most violent periods.
======================
Yep.
@Geo – Yeah, it’s not the 96 shooting, but like that sentence said, if you add all the pieces (and assuming this guy is telling the truth), he is a huge reason Pac and Biggie aren’t here anymore.
is that Max Weinberg of the Max Weinberg 7 scanning Pac?
Yo G, it says he’s doing life, not 30. Iunno if he’s telling the truth, but it’s hard to say no when he got dates. At the same times dates aren’t reliable.
However if this true, just like Petey said… Food.
I know Henchman is a rat. Could this guy be the missing link between Biggie and Pac’s bad blood and deaths?
“$2,500.”
Life is cheap.
I’d sooner believe that TuPac is still alive than that this asshat shot him for $2500. And NOW he snitchin’ himself for free? To Chuck and AHH?
Sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeiiiiiiit.
I can’t see dude getting touched, not if Jimmy is a rat and he’s telling the truth. He held it down until he started getting slandered by Jimmy. Real dude can/will respect what hes doing, especially dudes who are locked down for other dudes cases. Just my opinion though.
It’s a big piece of the puzzle, that’s for sure. And Gotty – wasn’t insinuating you had it twisted, but just reacting to the Twitter storm right now. People think Tupac’s killer has confessed. Not the case.
I’d sooner believe that TuPac is still alive than that this asshat shot him for $2500. And NOW he snitchin’ himself for free? To Chuck and AHH?
Sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeiiiiiiit.

The timing is odd as fuck. But people have died for less than $2500, so I can believe the price amount.
I work in law enforcement, I know for a fact dudes have been shot recently for as little as 5 bucks…..
damn. well, this ruins a good day.
all it does is bring up more questiosn, more why’s, how’s & what for(‘s).
& notice Puff’s name being dropped in that letter.
Yeah…this is a downer. I was listening to ‘Smile’ and ‘Everyday Struggle’ recently and think what rap would be like if both of them were still alive…smh
I’d sooner believe that TuPac is still alive than that this asshat shot him for $2500. And NOW he snitchin’ himself for free? To Chuck and AHH?
Sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeiiiiiiit
—————————————————————–
I had a cousin get killed because a dude owed my cousin 20 dollars and he didnt wanna pay. People get killed for all types of dumb reasons
Lmao dammit Cell!!!
damn. well, this ruins a good day.
all it does is bring up more questiosn, more why’s, how’s & what for(‘s).

I’m glad I figured the pieces to this puzzle out last year, lol, or else I’d be in the same position.
This is believable though. Pac knew who was in on it. Henchmen was one of them.
Sadly this does nothing for me it’s not his killer, and even if he did put the ball in motion this Pedaço de merda is still just sitting there in prison.
Puff definitely has some explaining to do. The man has nothing to lose. I don’t think he woulda name dropped Puff w/o valid reason.
BIG had told Panot to mess with those Brooklyn niggas, why PAC didn’t listen was beyond me. big was a Brooklynite and knew how those cats were. According to a story, Henchman was the only dude Mike Tyson was scared of. He was a tick up kid who ran with the real 50 Cent and was well know for being a street cat. They said when Pc came over for his Juice role he linked up with them cats to get a more authentic feel for his role. BIg told him to watch his back and the rest is history.
BIG called it though:” army fatigues bring fatigue to enemies, look man”. It was well know that Brooklyn cats wore fatigues and Timbs
Senseless, but Pac attracted a lotta bad energy in his life.
Forgive the typos, I’m typing fast as fuck on my IPad
First Bin Ladin, next Pac’s killer.
If he not a snitch wtf he bring up diddy name for?
true… i guess folk have been robbed for less. Between this dude and them two sword swangin’ fools goin after Joss Stone… maaaaannng.
Statute of Limitations is up there is no longer any snitching. Nobody can go to jail for it now.
Classic case of a dude getting to comfy and forgetting about people who held him down……can’t shit on the people with dirt on you!!
is it any surprise to anybody that henchman had something to do with it? he even talks about it in Against All Odds. “Promised payback to me Henchman, in due time I knew you bitch niggas was listening”
He only said something cause ol’ boy labeled him as a rat(which would have gotten him killed). He should have stayed true to the game not mentioned Puff (fuck it never liked that shiny suit wearin ass nigguh). That Mtv video with BIG and Puff, where Puff looks real nervous when Big discusses Pac’s shooting, always had me wondering. I wonder if he does drop dime on Puff now. If you play the game know the rules or get dealt with.
Only time will tell the outcome of this.
This shit is gripping and WAY the he’ll outta left field. For years I never thought any of this stuff would get resolved….but now here we go.
But tell me this….if you found who killed Pac and BIG, would it affect the way you heard their music? Its obviously no for me and prbably my whole generation….but the mystery definitely adds to their legend, which makes their catalogues more unique off rip. Younger audiences may not be as enticed if the cases are solved and the allure is lessened.
Weird thoughts.
Disgusting..

^^^Link Please??
its not significant if there still no leads to the vegas shooting.
i’m surprised no one (that i’ve read, anyway) noticed from reading this, but it seems like he implies that he knows who killed biggie and pac.
in the letter he says “now i’m not going to talk about my friend biggie or 2pac’s death, but i would like to give their mothers some closure. it’s about time someone did, and I WILL DO SO AT A DIFFERENT TIME.”
Son better watch his ass in prison. Puff might put a contract out on him now.
Don’t be surprised this nigga end up dead in his cell.
damn. all bullshit aside, will these two legends ever rest in peace?
i don’t think pac went at big and puff because he thought they were responsible… it was because he thought they were aware of what was going to happen… and maybe there is some truth to that…
and the most recent and believable rumor i have heard about the vegas shooting was that big and puff hired the crips to snatch pac’s chain… chain snatcher got stomped by pac and suge… the shooting took place in retaliation for that ass whooping… bad boy didn’t want anything to do with the shooting and refused to pay up for the chain snatching…
but what the hell do i know??? i just hope the mystery is solved in my lifetime…
damn man. damn.
Add this piece onto what Pac said in this interview http://youtu.be/4poJKMViWRA
All the sudden things become VERY clear.
I never felt Big had Pac setup to get robbed but I was also sure, as was Pac, that he had to have known those who were in on it. But that opens up the debate about snitchin. Big lost a friend and ultimately his life because he upheld the credo of not snitchin
Have the Quad City DJs been questioned?
here you go meezy

pay attention to puff he knew something. could find just the mtv vid
What’s more interesting is what he alludes to about Puffy and Pac’s 96 death in this letter.
What is really said in this confession:
He got the money and jewelry. Pac was wearing some expensive stuff. Also he still has some to proove he was involved
Puffy had something to do with this
He knows about the killings of both Big and Pac, but doesn’t say anything on that now
The shooting in NY started the chain of events that led to the deaths of both, whatever happened.
Cell’s joke about Max Weinberg was slept on. Props
He didn’t rat to be a rat. This is payback because he is doing a life bid for a guy that he just found out was an informant and spreading rumors about him.
