From having a close friend who did time behind bars, the fact Boosie somehow finagled a phone into his cell really isn’t all that baffling. My main question was how in the hell he managed to walk around with jewelry. In all fairness, it isn’t as lavish as the wristwear and necklaces he sported as a free man. But when behind bars, even Ramen Noodles can be confused with P.F. Chang’s.

The above photo was Twitpic’d this past weekend by the @OfficialLBoosie Twitter account showing the King of Baton Rouge is managing to keep his head above water just fine. In related news though, all is not well on the home front for the Hatch family. Louisiana is moving full steam ahead with the auctioning of his house after failing to meet a $375,270.74 writ thrown in his lap in January of this year.

Lastly, check out Boosie and Bad Azz Ent.’s KT, Moneybagz and Quick recently released My Brother’s Keeper mixtape. It’s not exactly a clone of his chemistry with Webbie, but as Noz says, “[they] offer a perfectly acceptable way to pass the time until he [Boosie] pours his heart out on another verse.”
