When it rains Lex Luger, it undoubtedly pours so it should surprise no one that young Ace had multiple studio sessions with VA’s heavyweight producer on the heels and success of “Hustle Hard.” Sadly, Ace seems to be the latest rap voice to fall victim to Rozay Syndrome, as the new street single from his Blood, Sweat And Tears album sounds like “Hustle’s…” long lost twin separated at birth. It’s not necessarily wack but when the chorus comes, you could easily slip up and start to recite “same ‘ol sh*t/just another day” in replace of whatever is supposedly worth going out to “get.”

One-trick ponies are bound to get euthanized so hopefully Ace has some other cards up his sleeve before the album releases. Somehow I feel like this a good time to blame Khaled Khaled, so that’s what I’m going to do in this instance.
