The majority of the game is played below the rim rather than above and Kobe’s no different. Yeah, he used to get up in his younger days but the now 32-year-old KB24 does much more damage with an arsenal of fadeaways, threes and pump fakes. Still, he can rise when his heart so desires, as Aaron Gray and the Hornets found out on Friday.
More importantly, the photos give a clear look at the purple gradient ZKVI’s. Very cold. And yes, a large part of me watches games just to check out footwear. Have you not seen the pearly white Kobe VI’s Rondo’s been wearing? Pardon my Southern but those things are cleaner than a broke d*ck dog.

Kobe’s myriad of ground moves of are fun to watch! I especially like it when he doe his signature head fake, followed up by his up&under move.
Wouldn’t let him do that shit to me though…
I understand that he cant get up like he used to but at the same time he 6’7!!! He can dunk whenever he wants too it doesnt take that much effort really…just saying
He just cant be dunkin on guys left and right like #8 used to…takes a lot out of him, he just doesnt have that same level of athleticism anymore, the way Wade and BronBron just have dunk-a-thons in games, #8 used to be just a tier below that back in his day
Kobe’s Zoom line are the best thing to happen to basketball shoes in a very long time.
Nah he’s not a high-flier no more. He clearly went to that Jordan school of “How to change your game when most of your lift goes away.” He’s a beast on that low block tho, especially for a guard. And every now and then he’ll jam it on ya.
Hubie Brown makes “that was horrible defense” sound so scholarly with all the extra words lol.
Hubie was the best part of the clip lol. The more I watched/listened, the more he dominated.
