Progress may be a slow process, but it is a beautiful one when looking at it from a grand scheme sort of things vantage point. In 2009, when Surf Club first made the TSS radar,. they were an up and coming ensemble who rapped and produced records with the co-sign of one Polow Da Don. Fast forward two years later and the group has Grammy performed hit singles as well as studio time with G.O.O.D. Music to run side-by-side with their own respectable (and rising) buzzes.

Still, with schedules becoming harder and harder to align as demand increases, the collective found time to bring all of their talents together on the track “7th Letter.” One of the unique traits about Surf Club has always been their knack to keep everything in-house and such is exactly the case here. Chase N. Cashe, Hit Boy, Kent M$ney and B. Carr all take turns keeping it G over this Hit Boy produced creation. Maybe it will ultimately land on Chase’s Gumbeaux or maybe it is merely something they wanted to throw the wolves. Either way, I’ll take it. This is going to sound silly in the car.
