I started to write some long-winded diatribe regarding Stalley’s ITM but decided against it. Before the project released, Stalley spoke about wanting to achieve personal goals while paying homage to his hometown. Without being cynical, I wondered if he was capable enough to pull it off considering how many MC’s make similar claims but falling short. Stalley didn’t.
