In honor of your favorite gentlemen’s establishment’s soundtrack, Snoop’s 2011 submission to that cause acts as the first single off of Doggumentary. “Dirty Dancer,” should keep butts shaking and hips gyrating behind a pulsating beat. Snoop gives an ode to a fictional femme fatale, although something about his detached flow suggests he used these lines on a stripper last week.
Keeping with his anti-feminist theme, Snoop’s also blessed us with “I Don’t Need No Bitch.” Despite the in your face title, the beat from DJ Khalil’s makes the song a mellow undertaking. Snoop’s spins his denial into an almost philosophical justification of hedonism—life’s too short and tough not to enjoy it. Hard to argue with that.
