I stumbled upon this crap clip the other day while bypassing 106 & Park through the channel surf. To the naked eye, it seemed like “I’m So Hood” was their featured old-school or throwback montage for the day. Upon further inspection, the scenes were overly familiar yet the tune wasn’t as recognizable, but I knew I had heard it before.
Then I remembered this.
Given the song’s recycled bloodline, the variety for a video was slim pickins. Still, even the diehard fan of all the featured artists has to demand a little more out of Hip-Hop’s most relevant at the moment. That is, sans T-Pain. He proves Auto-Tune ain’t dead nor is his penchant for making powerful hooks with each bit of spotlight he obtains.

not quite sure why I just watched this, even with tc’s warning.
but wale at 4:41…huh?
DJ Khaled always has people just chillin in the video een if they aren’t in the song and Wale just signed with Rick Ross so…
At that project their shooting in got a much needed paint job.
Who says Khaled never gave back to the hood.
BTW – This video could be subtitled “I’m So Born N Raised In Tha Hood With My Brown Paper Bag So All I Do Is Win, Holla At Me”
At least that*

But you were spot on about T-Pain TC, that guy can belt out a hit. A shame that “Rap Song” wasn’t blown up, it was actually kinda good.
I hate to say it. but weezy and rick ross are sharp as hell right now. Weezy’s verse was dope
Track go hard…Khaled still corny tho and lil wayne looks like those creatures from the movie:”Critters”…lmao(i amuse myself too damn much).
lol @ 4:41 Wale is already practicing the Rawse mannerisms.
The rubbing of the ashy hands together is played out.
