G.O.O.D. has been on fire for the past few months, both on and off the mic. Sean dropped a dope tape. The roster continues to get stronger. Charlie Wilson is singing his heart out with every opportunity. Kanye’s being Kanye. But it’s KiD CuDi who may be the most intriguing as of late. Given his recent actions, this may be the most aptly titled song in recent memory.
“Maniac” is a previously never before heard track which finds Cudder and Cage taking full advantage of a spaced out instrumental. A cool record, indeed, but it seems like one of those songs that’s meant to be listened to under the influence of something. Then again, that’s not to say taking 10 Excedrins and pressing play is exactly the best option.
Since the topic of G.O.O.D. Music is in the air though, some new Common would be dope.

“Sherm Penn”…”just tryin to get this shit to burn man”…
Remembering Cage before he turned gay…
@Prophet860: I’m definitely with JBreeze on this one. Definitely some decent shit, just need to work at it. Flow is pretty good, just needs to be refined a little.
Agent Orange Cage???? or some one else
Agent Orange Cage???? or some one else

It’s the same person, but he hasn’t been Agent Orange Cage for a long time now….
I like it.
I don’t see people’s insistence with wanting “the old _______”.
LET YOUR ARTISTS TRY NEW THINGS.
Granted, an entire album of this would not be so great; but as a standalone, I find it worth multiple listens. Cage and Cudi do some nice work describing this embrace of the “darkness”, not coming off as too angst-ridden or emotional. Keyword: embrace.
Cage sort of encompasses what he wasted his last album trying to describe, so I’m content.
Im thinking this is the same Cage that got his flow jacked by eminem, and then eminem proceeded to shit on him and make millions… I can see why he teamed up with Cudi to make this emo rap..
^^^^ No hate though dope and different.
I’m really feelin’ thiz track… !!! It’z like something out-of a whimsical sci-fi movie…
my ears hurt
