I’m here for Nike’s World Basketball Festival so I’ll be @ Radio City Music Hall for Jay-Z’s performance. The amazing thing about seeing Hov live is that it never gets old, even though I’ve seen him live on several different occasions. The dynamic factor is the crowd’s reaction and, since we’re in NYC, this should be another experience worth telling the kids about.
As part of the inaugural World Basketball Festival – brought together by Converse, the Jordan Brand and Nike Basketball – recording artist JAY-Z will take the stage at New York’s Radio City Music Hall on Thursday August 12, 2010, following an on-court showcase featuring finalists for the 2010 USA Basketball World Championship Team.
In addition to his performance, JAY-Z has joined forces with Nike to create an iconic collection of Air Force Ones – the All Black Everything collection inspired by the World Basketball Festival. Nike has donated the shoes to the Shawn Carter Scholarship Foundation who in turn have linked up with eBay on a charity auction that begins on August 12th at www.ebay.com/jayznikewbf. Only two pairs of each of the five designs will be created, one for the winning bidder and one for the man behind the design, Jay-Z.
The entire Radio City Music Hall basketball and musical performance will stream live on http://www.facebook.com/wbf beginning at 6:30 p.m. EDT until its conclusion. Following the event at Radio City Music Hall, highlights will be available online at NBA.com and USABasketball.com.

Do the tees resemble the promo billboards? If they do I may have to take a trip to G-Man.

That Hov under the Nike Air aint worth $600; for 600 they better had made those sneakers from Unicorn skin.
His brand just aint worth 600.00 on a sneaker to me… if there are no 600 J’s (first day release) the who the hell Jay-z think he really is ?

And when I said G-Man, I was referring to Gotty. The store looked like it was set up specifically for the event.
