I think the name of this song is referencing the completely self-enhancing timetable this trapstar lives by because Cleopatra-like bands of diamonds replaced anything with a ticker after the first bid. Real time, like minute, hours and that second sh*t….who needs it? When you’re on “Gucci Time,” money falls from the sky, hoes hop on your jock like they’re late for the bus and the world revolves around you. Right?

I’m saying rick ross shouldn’t be listed among the elite. i don’t understand why he’s given a pass when i personally don’t see him as any better than gucci. i guess i see the two of them as being in the same realm of ignorant hip hop. which i do think has its place. so my question is how come it’s okay to talk shit about gucci but praise rick ross?
