“N*ggas laugh, n*ggas joke, n*ggas think sh*t funny, Can’t handle short fame let alone long money…”
The guy Willie is unbelievably nice around mics and one of those artists whose talent has a huge upside. The same goes for producer Lee Bannon. Both guys seem to be one-hit away from commercial success and/or critical acclaim. By combining forces, the breakthrough may finally happen as Never A Dull Moment hits iTunes and other digital retailers today for a mere $3.99. I’ll go out on a ledge to say that this EP could compare to Pacewon & Mr. Green’s The Only Color… release from a few years ago where the chemistry between emcee and producer meshed for a stellar release. “Hickory Smoke” is prime example of what they’re capable of, as Willie buzzes across Bannon’s flute-laced production.
Last night, DGB released “Tarred & Feathered” too, a track that will be featured on their upcoming mixtape. Grab that too while you’re here.

“Never A Dull Moment” lives up to its name a little too much. I know it said “EP” but DAMN! Props to Lee Bannon, who is slowly becoming one of my favorite producers.
