Underneath the slew of big releases Hip-Hop’s enjoyed over the past few months, there’s an underground scene that continues to simmer with hungry hordes of artists waiting to be heard. Holding his own down by outgrinding those around him is D.C.’s own HaZiQ Ali. The emcee stands out by bringing an off the cuff flow (and beat) that stands out due to his thick molasses drawl. The latest track making its way around the innernuts, “On Point,” captures your attention, though the rhymes rarely rise over standard shit-talking fare, yet an ear for beats certainly helps the proceedings.
This won’t be the last we see and hear of ALi. Look for new video to the chill summer jam “Freedom/Hustla” on various cable outlets coming soon. We’ll see if the hard work pays off.

^ I listened. I’ll still w/Haziq for now. You sounded like a mix b/w Ali Vegas and Curren$y.

I don’t agree with this article. Even so, I did searched in Yahoo and I have found out that you are right and I was thinking in the improper way. Carry on creating quality material like this.
