Out of all the “celebrity sneakerheads,” I can attest to the stone cold fact that Skee’s one of us. Not to say that this guided tour he gives Karmaloop TV proves the point further but uhh…yeah, he’s got a lot of nice tennis shoes.

After people collect a mass of shoes…… is it the idea to sell them?
because lets be real…. having 5 pair or more of one particular shoe is just glutany. And why cant you just clean your shoes when they get dirty? Toothbrush, bleach, soap, hot water?
Turk – depends on your situation. I’ve had as many as 4-5 prs of the same shoe all sitting in the closet @ once. In most cases, I buy 2 initially then end up catching a deal on the extra pairs. I’ll either eventually end up trading/selling the extras or I’ll break out a fresh pair and sell the one I’ve been wearing. I try not to be too extra w/it b/c it’s not all that necc. vs. the necc. of cash in my pocket lol. In fact, i’m that way w/most “things” — jeans, hats, even fuckin white t’s and socks to a degree.
But if you’re a.) single b.) have the means and c.) the storage space, I think there’s nothing wrong w/it.
multiples come into play because until now you never knew if a shoe you liked was gonna ever come back out. Most people do clean their shoes, but you never know what’s gonna happen. I remember the first time I wore my military IV’s a waitress spilled a pitcher of pink lemonade on them. They were fine after a dip in the washing machine, but random stuff can happen.
