How underground are Greenhouse? These cats hail from my city and still fly under my radar, despite the fact that they’ve been around for years. Long enough to actually call it a career.  And this is with someone at my job constantly bringing them up in conversation. Regardless of my habitual amnesia when it comes to these two: Blueprint and Illogic are dope, solo and when they combine forces.

Which is why I’m glad they decided to put out this video for “Cold Out Here,” off their Electric Purgatory which dropped last year via Bandcamp.  Over Blueprint’s dark, ominous production the duo, along with local newcomer The Catalyst, the trio vent their frustrations on life & the industry resulting in a nice dose of reality rap.

For what reason you ask?  Come to Columbus in the middle of the winter and you’ll understand.
