Conceptually, this looks way too elaborate to be given away for free, but Dexter is a trooper and he isn’t so far removed that he doesn’t understand you have to give a little to get a lot in today’s game. Pay-per-view or not, tell the people it’s showtime as Cons The Don and premium channel Nah Right link up with the big starz including Rick Ross, Talib Kweli, Pharoahe Monch and Kanye West’s entire G.O.O.D. Music cartel.
HBO, take notes.

Wow… Pharoah? Rawse? Diddy?
Either these are some old ass throaway verses from these cats or Cons sold his soul. Diddy is hiphop’s Don King–he dont nuthin for free.
I hope this works out for Connie Mac; lord knows dude’s been bouncing for a minute and a half now.
If this bricks, he’ll join that long list of cats that regardless of talent and potential may hafta to accept the reality that an alternate career path is needed.
Monche needs to drop an album. It’s been way too long since Desire
And I definitely will cop this and let it rotate for a minute. We all know it’s almost impossible to give an opinion on a first listen.
this mixtape is quite dope.
I don’t get it, this mixtape has got nothing to do with Movies On Demand. What gives?
Been a fan since Don’t Quit Your Day Job
thought this tape was going to be kinda concept like that album was
-
first listen -i liked the beat selection and the cameos
by the second time i played it, i was quite happy with it (concept or not) as a finished product….
Cons spits that comical everyday dude slick shit better than almost anyone out there
Kanye>Cons>Rhymefest>Fabolous
especially like the Pharoahe and Rick Ross cameos – they acquitted themselves nicely
Cons has only had one flow since Beats Rhymes & Life, but it works. And, if Kanye and Tip handle the bulk of the production duties on the actual album, then it might be worth copping.
I am calling it right now
