A collaboration between Snoop D-O-Double-G, Cudi and Diplo probably isn’t what you expected to wake up to as a part of your morning wake & bake, is it? In fact, seeing those names together kind of leaves you wondering who managed to pull such different personalities together. My first guess is Mary Jane obviously. And maybe it was the same influence that created a ho-hum song from three individuals I genuinely like and we usually rave about.

Or maybe it’s all just me.

Diplo’s usually creative & electric production sounds a bit tepid. Snoop does his usual, which isn’t bad but nothing to write home about either. Oddly enough, it’s Cudi’s appearance that’s more tailor made for the tapestry, as he nails his hook and delivers a verse that holds the line.

Anyways, it’s off of Snoop’s More Malice, which will feature five songs from the Malice N Wonderland, five new tracks and two remixes. In stores on 3.23.
