Looks like climbing that mountain gave Lupe a focused amount of energy as he applies the lyrical pressure with “Lean.” First joint off Lasers? We’ll see as the album’s release gets closer. But if he stays in this zone…we’ll let’s just be satisfied with the moment.
Edit — Definitely unreleased. The custodian of all things Chicago, Andrew @ FSD, says this track was supposed to be a single from Lupester’s Arista debut album that was never released.

“Lean” was in recorded back in 2001 and was meant to be the first single off his Arista debut. The Buchannans produced it, and to my knowledge there are about 6 tracks recorded from these Lu + Buchanans sessions.
