You know what’s funny? This time last year “Drop,” uh, dropped and I knew it would go on to be Rich Boy’s next big single. A&R fail on my part. Fast forward a quick 365 and we find ourselves in the same spot with Rich Boy toting another hard hitting single, “Go Crazy.” This time Polow is replaced with Jim Jonsin (who’s probably still spending checks off “Whatever You Like” and “Lollipop“). Also, fellow ‘Bama native YelaWolf checks in for a guest verse only he can pull off. Word of advice: play this on some real speakers. The computer won’t cut it.
And where there’s one, there’s always another. “So Look Good” is the more “friendly” of the two records. With the usual Jonsin formula of a catchy, uptempo instrumental and hook, Rich uses his time to woo a potential video vixen with promises of the fast life and lavish luxury. K1NG says this should be the single. I guess time’ll tell.

Funny how I never hear Rich Boy’s name in the best rapper from this place and the best rapper from this generation argument. The first album was great … here’s hoping he doesn’t hit the soph jinx. THis sounds like a good start.

i agree with K1NG that the latter of the songs should be the single. Its nothing like his first single “throws some D’s on it” but should suffice as a nice single to put him back into the spotlight.

First one is flames, scooped it up the other day. That second one reminds me too much of Whatever You Like. Despite sounding like he’s always munching on some rubberbands, Rich Boy knows how to make a banger.
Why didn’t ‘Drop’ get a proper release? That track was absolute fire, a potential ‘A Milli’ beater…I’m sick of listening to the shitty version I have with Polow banging on about how him and “The Odious” Sean P Diddy Combs are going to pay someone’s mortgage (for a whole erm…year)
