It looks like Creative Control got the syntax right this time around so I’ll let them do the creative description to this Spitta video that essentially about waking up in a Utopian state.
We don’t have the power to change the weather as of yet, but those of us with means can change our location to fit the climate we desire. In Curren$y’s latest video for his song “Breakfast” he does just that going from sleeping through NYC’s harsh winter to waking up in a sun drenched Jamaican villa. Director Jonah Shwartz leads us through Spitta’s daily routine of early morning doobie rolling over a mellow Mos Def produced soundtrack.

another dope flick. anyone else really diggin the stuff the Creative Control has been dropping lately? i love the marriage of a dope musical artist like Spitta with a talented visuals group (CC). it paints a picture of the soundtrack, giving the fans just a glimpse of the Jets life…
i’m not sure how cost effective Dame’s experiment is but partnering with/working with CC is one of the smarter things he’s done post-Rocafella.
