Hmm…with Don Cheadle involved, this should be “good” @ the very least. And it’s directed by Antoine Fuqua, who’s most notable notch on his belt is “Training Day”. But I think I’m most happy to see Wesley Snipes making a return to the silver screen after being on the lam due to his tax issues.
The flick is set to release in early 2010. For more info, check the official site @ www.BrooklynsFinestTheMovie.com.

Good to see Wesley back in the game.
Yeah I heard dude was making zero dollars or at least his taxes claimed that!
Looks like this should be good. If they wanted to this movie could have an ill ass soundtrack just using songs about brooklyn or by brooklyn artists
BIG Jay Kane BCC Mos Kweli Fab etc
*throws up in mouth*
This looks terrrrble!
Looks straight. I’ll end up renting it.
I’m also happy to see Wesley back. Sugar Hill is a tight ass movie and Wes is the man in it.
This looks awful.
Looks dope…sometimes these little side films end up giving you the best story and action…I mean to me, for all of the hype surrounding American Gangster…the movie dragged and was boring…Don Che is a great actor and my niiiiiigga Wesley is back @ it…
great post…
