Im not reading everyones stuff because i dont have time for that so i apologize if this is a repeat.

I have all the appreciation in the world that you have to write controversial articles to drive traffic, but nothing your cheap lyrical analysis can come up with combats the fact that Lil’ Wayne made Drake.

@Liv: If I don’t think Drake is an amazing rapper why do I need to know how to write a rap? I can look at a painting and tell if its shit, but I can’t paint. And I can look at someone playing basketball, and know if they are good at not – without being able to play. If something sounds bad to me, I’m going to say just that. Thanks, though.

I have a hard time comparing them. I mean wayne is on that “I’m already the best, I’ll just get high and say some crazy ass shit” game, and Drake basically raps about being awesome, no gangster aspect at all. I like em both for different reasons, don’t know how to compare them though.

you cant compare them they are on two completely different levels.
they are both AMAZING rappers. if you dont agree try to make a decent 1 minute rap and see how hard it is. they both do what they do really well. everyone should stop hating.. if you dont have anything nice to say, why even say something.

Don’t see how you can compare the two…Wayne has had platinum albums since I was in high school, Drake has had 0 albums. He had one song on the radio that was popular (and very corny). Tons of people come and go, not that many enjoy a lengthy stay. I think people hate on Wayne because he looks so damn weird, but he is definitely lyrical. As far as Drake, his goddamn eyebrows freak me out. He looks like that sad puppy you put the money into at 7-11. Maybe it’s just in my blood to reject that corny shit.
