We previewed these a while back and now they have a concrete release date. Celebrating ten years in the business, Sneakernstuff will be dropping these three special New Balance models — the red M577, green M1500′s and blue-based M1700′s — on 12.29.09. So while you’re clamoring for Space Jams, I’m glad these are coming out now, just in time for me to beat my New Year’s resolution of buying fewer…dah, who am I fooling?

The green = instantly poppin’. But that blue pair has grown on me the more i keep looking @ them.

ps: Fuck the “Space Jams” & Jordans until they start releasing shoes made with quality materials. I’ve been stocking up on Air Max 1′s, Dunk SB mids (with the strap), Dunk highs, Air Stabs & Air Structures.
Gotty, it’s too easy to pair those blue kicks with the appropriate attire. I got 12 outfits that I could rock those with.

Teef – I do/would. Maybe not in the off colors that aren’t a part of my everyday rotation (navy, black, etc). But I’ve still got that one secondary color that gets a pass and I have multiples in it (purple, neon/volt yellow, etc.). In your case, those are two diff greens, at least my screen says so.
I grabbed a green Mishka windbreaker from the Jack Threads sale the other week. Would probably pair perfectly w/these joints for the spring.

^ mainly b/c DC historically only rocks a limited number of colorways, which is fine for DC. Not fine for me. NB has been doing quite well with their color schemes the past two years IMO. It’s about time they offered splashes of color to some of the better models instead of doing it for 574′s and shit (specifically for the US; int’l been getting love).

them red 577s are too much, ima sucker for solid colorway shoes. materials on all of them look on point, just watchem be mad limited. like them ben drury current 90s gotty posted a while back. im still pissed about those
^ if there’s one thing I’ve learned it’s that if a shoe gets a release (we’re not talking 1 of 10, special makeups), it’s attainable. You just have to dig a little. And I always try to put as much info as possible for those interested in copping.
Shitty part about most stuff I like is that it’ll be an int’l release. The dollar sucks & shipping is harsh.
