idk I think Kweli > Def at this point. Both are talented; but Def waste too much time warbling(singing) on tracks instead of ripping the mike.
HOT! Idle Warship is similar to Black Eyed Peas in the sense that they have an MC and female vocals. However, they blow BEP outta the water. If they don’t become huge, there’s something seriously wrong with mainstream music. This song is HOT and so is the rest of the mixtape, Party Robot. LOVING Steady, Go Brookyn, Girls on the Dancefloor and of course Bedroom Lights. Love the robot album cover too! Kickass all around. Go Kweli and ladies!
Too much attention is pushed to individual shine.. I appreciate the ability of folks to be complimentary on a track.
Cee-lo is good.. but as part of any group he makes things great. I see the same for Talib and Mos.
