If you take a glance at the front cover for Outasight’s Further, you’ll notice it says Lifted Research Group Presents…

While the majority of their consumers probably have no clue what is behind the meaning of those LRG trees that decorate their threads, it’s a testament to the sophistication of the project that they would stamp their full government name on it. They probably understood that a newly signed artist wasn’t going to turn in a project full of unoriginal material and 6th Sense & Cook Classics weren’t just a couple of MPC button-mashing producers. Or maybe “Brand New Day” is something like a masterpiece.

Whatever the reason, the music continues to take Outasight to higher boundaries.
