yo im fucking with wale and phil the both are lyrical acts but people dont respect them they always say they aint from dc so i was wondering how would i go by in putting up a good video from some real dc rappers on tss

Enh…start by making honest statements, considering i was just listening to some old Wale track where he spent/wasted 2 mins on an intro addressing the whole idea of his relationship to DC and the song had a scratched chorus that said “I’m from D.C.” repeatedly.

Ive been listening to “Starting on JV” for about a week and its tite. The kid is lyrical and the songs are great. Phil Ade is someone to watch for as the DMV gains more attention in hip-hop.
