Alright, now that we’ve got that out the way, let’s get down to business. I’ve been a Lloyd fan since the “Southside” days and the fact he’s got new single drawing influence from UGK’s “Take It Off” only gives me more reason to support dude. The addition of J. Holiday wasn’t bad, but I can’t say it added much to the record either. On a side note, I’ll always respect Holiday based off “Bed” alone because of how powerful that record was my senior year in college. It would always come on towards the end of each house party when everyone was drunk and smelled like weed. Intoxicated college students + provocative music = an interesting story the next morning.
The true star of the record, however, is Young Money’s first lady, Nicki Minaj. I’m still getting used to this accent she uses for her verses nowadays. But when she flips to it to the straight rapid fire flow around the 2:52 mark, I found myself taken back. Say what you want about her, but it’s hard to deny this bombshell doesn’t have a buzz the size of…ummm…this picture.

Di-di-di-DAAAMN!!! I’ve been following Nicki’s career since her days on those “Come Up” dvds, and I must say that ass & her rhyme skills have come a looong way plus grown immensely!!! LOL

Sometimes i like the voice fluctuations, sometimes its just too much. She can definitely rap though.

The song is a banger, her voice is annoying but she’s pushing herself so I like what she’s doing

I watched her in the BET cypher and couldn’t listen to the whole thing, her ‘flow’ confuses me - too many variations.
