I have not had a cigarette in over a year. The most terrible aspect related to quiting smoking is the 1st couple of weeks. The good news is this part didn’t last long and stuff got easier day by day as a result of the e cigarette. You should not stop. Just keep pushing and you will certainly realize success once and for all.
