@douglas: I roadtripped from chi to cincy for the game. Cost of tix/splitting hotel and gas wit folks was still cheaper then getting a ticket in chi. We left 1 possesion into the 3rd quarter. It was a anticlimatic end to an otherwise decent trip. Salty. 4.5 hour drive of shame.

I don’t think Lovie coaching the D is a problem, remember how terrible Babich was last year? Lol. The problem is the D-line fell off (wale and alex got old at DE and Harris is perpetually hurt and is not even half the player he was 3 years ago) so there’s no pressure on the qb unless they blitz and expose their soft secondary where the rookie Afalava is the only decent dude since Peanut is getting old and losing it and Vasher got hurt and lost it and nobody else ever had it. Factor in Urlacher being out for the year and good QBs eat up the bears because nobody is adjusting the D and as smart as he was out there making calls and shutting down rbs and tight ends in the passing game. The D has major personell issues.

And for the love of jeebus can they fire Ron Turner already. I don’t understand how a consistently mediocre offensive coordinator has kept his job so long. He was wack back in the mid 90s as bears coordinator, was wack when he left to be head coach at u of illnois, and was wack when he got fired there and returned to the bears. Since the age of 9 or so I’ve had far too much Turner in my football life fucking shit up ( I went to u of I while he was coach) I’m tired of him lol.

My BEARS got destroyed yesterday. It’s a damn shame. Lovie might want to go back to just calling the offense. He obviously can’t call the plays on both sides of the ball. Stop giving the Defensive Coordinator a free ride and let him do his job without you micromanaging.

And JarMarcus man o man; he has taken over Racism as the #1 reason Black QB’s won’t get drafted anymore. He is so bad the raiders wanted to demote him to working the ticket window; but the raider execs were afraid he would give the tickets to the wrong people. lol
