Haven’t watched a full episode of Chelsea in a while, mainly because I’ve become hooked on watching Will & Grace and then Frasier on Lifetime. But I still love to watch view clips because, unlike a lot of hosts, Chelsea doesn’t schmooze her guests too heavily so they have to be on their P’s & Q’s…otherwise she’ll mock them under the chair, all while wearing a smug smile. Therefore, I always appreciate the efforts of Yardie to drop these off. Above is last night’s show and I equally love Mike Epps, mainly because always seems so damn happy.
True story, I’ve read Chelsea’s books. Are You There, Vodka? It’s Me, Chelsea is definitely good for several laugh out loud moments.

I happen to love that aspect of his performance. it’s hit and miss but dear god i saw that aggin slay a crowd for an hour, hour and a half straight once.
Also got a chance to say what’s up @ the BET thing and he’s a pretty genial dude. Cooler than most of these assholes. Plus he was hanging in the parking lot smoking a joint w/Bobby Brown. You gotta love it lol.

i met mike epps in lansing and he seemed to be a cool ass cat, but i still dont like his style of comedy…
when he is on he is alright but for most of his specials on HBO and whatnot shit seems janky…im so glad they didnt give him the role of richard pryor, the only part of that i can see mike nailing is the “abuse” years…but im not sure marlon is right for that either.

i interviewed mike epps once a couple years ago in his hotel room, the day it was announced that he was SUPPOSED to be playing Richard Pryor in his biopic (im not sure if thats still on tho). funny as hell man, cool dude. it was around the time Dave Chappelle had just quit his show to, so he had some interesting things to say about that…near the end of the interview his phone rang and he started whispering…he got up and was like “my weed man coming through, you need som’mm?” ahhahaha.
