After a brief marriage and somewhat of a lackluster effort last-go-round, ATL’s Prince of Pop Usher has returned quicker than usual with his sincere new single, “Papers,” off the multi-platinum-selling artist’s upcoming sixth studio, Monster Raymond vs. Raymond. The mood of this ode to misrepresented males is chock full of regret and sorrow, leaving the deep keys, fluttering whistles and orbital synths quietly coming in clutch, and the overall feel of the song sounding more Confessions than Here I Stand.
Which is good.

sean garret didt claim production for beat….zay did…its his beat…and he finna get a FAT ASS CHECK for dis track, and it aint exactly da same beat, u can listen to the organ patterns and tell it aint, anybody who know bout zay know dat he makes shit that sound alike, its jus wat he do, so dont be surprised dey sound alike
