We’re always looking @ oddball discoveries that better the lot of mankind. The wise one who discovers a cure for hangovers will be a rich man, one worshiped by men around the globe. When I was a raging alcoholic, my method for tempering a tough hangover was precisely what Joell prescribes @ the end of “Sunday Hangover”: drink more. However if it was Monday and I couldn’t, it was a mix of guzzling several Sprites, ingesting a few packs of BC powders and numerous trips to the urinal, trying to flush as much of the weekend’s toxins out of my system. And switching to drinking a lot of coffee to keep me on my feet. Did it work? Enh, 40/60 shot. But when you’re looking for relief, you’ll take what you can get.
Anyways, back to the music. Either Joell’s got a project on the way or he’s just finding more time to record just for the hell out it. Shake dropped off “Sunday Hangover,” tailor made for your sabbath day recovery efforts. Also, Joell took his turn with 50′s just-released “Crime Wave,” shredding it pieces.

Gatorade Rain saves my life on a weekendly basis
My hangovers are usually cured with a Sausage McGriddle and some Orange Juice.
Do they sell BC powders outside the hood lol.
And those McGriddles are dangerous.
I swear, a month of those shits for breakfast earned me an extra 5-6 lbs. easy lol.

we do not partake in pork. I don’t even eat any type of bacon or sausage, simply b/c it’s made from the ass-ends of whatever animal it came from. When my dad eats a fried bologna sandwich, i just shake my damn head lol

you need to chug a few glasses of water before you go to bed, it helps rehydrate. days you cant use the hair of the dog. water, water, water.

I usually just stop by McDee’s before I go back to the pad. Then I drink 2 big glasses of ice water, before I go to sleep.
